Tour of Champions 2012

You might never have heard of it but let me take the opportunity to tell you about TOC. TOC stands for Tour of Champions, a unique experience earned by riders who each raise $12,000 or more for one of the MS Society’s South Central Region bike rides.

Whats unique about the experience? Where do I start?

BP MS150 Fundraising Dinner

February 8, Mindy LeBlanc and Dorie Brannigan spoke to BWC members about how to more effectively fundraise.  A lot of great information and discussion ensued and we learned Because We Can members combined raised $93,142 for the 2011 MS150 for their respective teams The average BP MS150rider raises $1,124.  BWC’s average per rider fundraising for 2011 was $4,435!



2011 Club 300

This past weekend, many riders converged on the bike friendly town of Fayetteville for the Annual Club 300 recognition and ride. Overcast skies did not deter the riders as they tried to pretend they were in shape. (some were, most were not)
